General Purpose Adhesive (LX 800/ LX 75H & LX830/ LX 75H): It is a general purpose adhesive ideal for lamination. The suitable applications are for high speed metallized films & polyethylene films up to 75-80 µ. The industries where these applications can be used are snack food, noodles, etc.

Medium Performance (LX 811/ LX 75H & LX815/ LX 75H: It is a medium performance adhesive ideal for lamination. The suitable application is for high speed application for metallized films & polyethylene films up to 140µ. The industries where these applications can be used are Snack food , Milk Powder , Wheat Flour , Noodles, Detergent, Spices, Oil, Soap Wrappers, Stand up Pouches, Frozen Foods, Thermoformed chocolates like Kinder Joy, 5Kg / 10 Kg Atta Pouches etc.

High Performance (LX 8321/ LX 75H): It is a high solid type polyester and high performance adhesive for lamination. It has an excellent chemical resistance & heat resistance which is mostly used to produce aggressive contents like Ketch up and Retorts etc. The Adhesive & Hardener combination can be selected depending upon the structure & end use application.
The suitable application is for high speed application for metallized films & polyethylene films up to 150µ. The industries where these applications can be used are Foil structures for retort , Aggressive fillings like perfumed oils , Foil structures for hot-fill, aggressive filling like hair Dyes etc.

It is a general purpose adhesive ideal for lamination. The suitable applications are for high speed metallized films & polyethylene films up to 75-80 µ. The industries where these applications can be used are snack food, noodles, etc.

General Performance (NS 5210A, HA 520B): It is general purpose polyester/ PU based adhesive ideal for films. The ideal machine speed that can be achieved is up to 180 mpm with metallized structures and 350 mpm in PE structures. The curing time is 24 – 36 hours.

The suitable applications are for high speed metallized films & polyethylene films up to 75-80 µ. The industries where these applications can be used are snack food packaging, salt up to 1 kg pack, flour packs – up to 5 Kg, etc.

Medium Performance (NS 4500A HA 460B & NS 2100A HA 500B): It is medium performance polyester/ PU based adhesive ideal for films. The ideal machine speed that can be achieved is up to 180 mpm with metallized structures and 375 mpm in PE structures. The curing time is 14 hours in 4 ply laminates.
